The Blue Ridge Wellness Center is the area’s premier destination for holistic bodywork therapies. We welcome you to explore the many services we offer by visiting the Wellness Center website. All of our massage and bodywork treatments are customized to you, the clients specific health needs. We are trained in numerous types of techniques and can offer you 19 years of hands-on experience.

Facial Lymphatics

This is a lifting, toning, firming treatment for the face. It softens lines and gives your face a smooth, glowing look. Repeated facial massage helps train the muscles to be firmer and tighter. Includes a massage to hands, feet, shoulders, neck and scalp. Hot towels relax and soothe the face and feet. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is the primary technique used in this treatment that deeply relaxes the Nervous System and detoxes the Lymphatic System
Four Hands

This moving experience has two therapists working with your mindbodyspirit. It is a combination of art and science; with four hands applied to your body at all times you experience energy flow and therapeutic movement.
LaStone Therapy

LaStone is a form of bodywork that involves the use of hot basalt and cold marble stones applied to the body in various ways to bring about relief to stiff and sore muscles. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven. Enjoy this form of ancient bodywork and receive its healing properties.
Couples Massage
$150/hour, $200/one and one-half hour
What a treat for a special occasion! You and your partner will experience this synchronized and nurturing massage.
Reflexology

By stimulating reflex points in the feet, change can be brought about throughout the entire body. Reflexology integrates the meridians of the body including the feet and hands. This experience also incorporates an herbal foot soak.
Pre-natal Massage

In this amazing experience, both mother and unborn child receive the emotional and mental benefits as well as the physical benefits of massage. This is the perfect opportunity for the expectant mother to rest her expanding body and momentarily escape her growing demands.
